The Foundation, established in Germany in 1987, implements and supports projects in the fields of civil society development, human rights and international dialogue.

For two months, Moldova has been blocking the transit of X-ray equipment for a computer tomograph at the Republican Hospital for the Disabled of the Great Patriotic War, and has been making unacceptable political demands.

The key issue on the agenda of the meeting was the functioning of the Vehicle Registration Offices in Tiraspol and Rybnitsa.
In this context, the Pridnestrovian side highlighted a concrete workable initiative that can help restore the full functionality of the mechanism in the coming months.

The key focus of the meeting was on the amendments to the Criminal Code adopted by the Moldovan Parliament, which introduce penalties under such articles as “separatism”, “conspiracy against Moldova” and others.

On October 5, the Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting with Celestine Greenwood, a British lawyer who had been invited by the OSCE Mission to conduct international expertise on issues related to protecting children’s rights, including adoption, in Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor, and the Ministry of Justice, who take part in meetings of expert (working) groups on social protection, humanitarian aid, and legal and documentation support for citizens.
On September 5, an online-meeting of the political representatives from Pridnestrovie and Moldova, Vitaly Ignatiev and Oleg Serebrian, with the participation of expert (working) groups on health issues took place.
The meeting focused on the issue of importing medicines to Pridnestrovie. Vitaly Ignatiev reminded of the mechanism developed by the relevant experts of the sides to unblock the import of medicines included in the Pridnestrovian list of vital and socially important medicines into the PMR.
