On November 1, 2019 the OSCE Mission Office in Tiraspol hosted an expanded format meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on Economic Issues initiated by the Pridnestrovian side.
At the meeting, the experts of the sides initialed the Protocol Decision on Cooperation for Elimination of Trade and Consumer Technical Barriers. The agreement is expected to be signed by political representatives in the near future.
On November 1, 2019, Expert (Working) Groups on Regulatory and Documentary Support from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova resumed their activity one year later at the OSCE Mission Office in Kishinev.

On October 25, 2019, the OSCE Mission Office in Kishinev hosted a meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on Humanitarian Aid Issues from Pridnestrovie and Republic of Moldova. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of signing the Protocol Decision on Mechanism for Return of Identified Unattended Children to Permanent Place of Residence.
The experts, also, touched upon other relevant humanitarian issues.
House of Official Receptions hosted a meeting of Pridnestrovian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev with a large delegation representing foreign affairs agencies of the EU countries. The delegation included diplomats from 14 states, among them Germany, France, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Sweden, Romania, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. As a part of dialog, Alexander Stetsiuk noted that the communication with the Republic of Abkhazia is traditionally among the top priorities of the Pridnestrovian Foreign Policy. “A new Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation Between our countries was signed two years ago. Since then, it’s implementing. We’ve done a lot, but we still have to do more,” the diplomat said.

On September 4, experts from Pridnestrovie and Moldova met in the Dubossary district of Pridnestrovie. The meeting was aimed at resolving conflict situation following the quarry development on the territory of the Energetik gardening company by a Moldovan economic agent.

Within the meeting, the parties exchanged their views on relevant aspects of international freight and passenger traffic via Pridnestrovie. The detailed discussion touched upon, in particular, the prospects of unblocking the Slobodka-Kolbasna checkpoint, including transportation of petroleum products. The parties agreed to make efforts in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

The meeting was also attended by Vitaly Tryapitsyn, Deputy Director of the Second Department of CIS countries at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
