The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev met with Alexander Vataman, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in Pridnestrovie and Vitaly Yankovsky, the Head of the Official Representation of the Republic of South Ossetia in the PMR.
In his welcoming speech, Vitaly Ignatiev thanked the Ambassadors of Abkhazia and South Ossetia for their participation in the celebrations dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. “This is a truly significant anniversary year for our republics, so I would like to wish you representing the peoples of Abkhazia and South Ossetia peace, kindness, prosperity and all the greatest. A considerable path has been covered in thirty years, but it was easier thanks to the fact that we have always had the friendly shoulder of fraternal peoples. I am sure that we will also overcome the next milestone together, moving together only forward towards development, towards our citizens’ will realization for the sake of the future, " the head of the PMR Foreign Ministry said.
On the PMR’s President instructions, during the meeting Vitaly Ignatiev awarded Alexander Vataman and Vitaly Yankovsky with jubilee medals " Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic 30 years ".
“I thank you once again for being an important support for Pridnestrovie, Pridnestrovian diplomacy, working here, on the territory of our country. I am convinced that we will continue strengthening our republics’ interaction in practice, thinking for the future, implementing new projects and initiatives " Minister noted.
