The routine removal of ionizing radiation sources from Pridnestrovie took place on October 17, 2019.
In particular, the Issledovatel (Researcher) gamma installation was dismantled and removed from the Pridnestrovian Agricultural Research Institute Public Institution. This equipment was used before in agriculture for plant genetics research. It contained 36 Cobalt-60 type IRS.
The OSCE Office in Kishinev hosted a meeting of phytosanitary experts from Pridnestrovie and Moldova.
During the meeting, they discussed in details import of seeds and planting material. The parties started the alignment of agreement on parameters for cooperation in this area.

On September 4, experts from Pridnestrovie and Moldova met in the Dubossary district of Pridnestrovie. The meeting was aimed at resolving conflict situation following the quarry development on the territory of the Energetik gardening company by a Moldovan economic agent.

214 ionizing radiation sources were removed from institutions and enterprises of Tiraspol and Rybnitsa.
The removal was facilitated by the Republican Centre for Hygiene and Epidemiology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other competent authorities of Pridnestrovie with the participation of representatives of the OSCE Mission and relevant agencies of the Republic of Moldova.
On August 2, 2019, the Agreement between the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Artsakh On Mutual Establishment of Trade Missions, executed in Stepanakert on November 23, 2018, entered into force, following the completion of the Parties’ internal procedures.
Today, the OSCE Office in Kishinev hosted a meeting of expert (working) groups on railway transport and service.
Within the meeting, the parties exchanged their views on relevant aspects of international freight and passenger traffic via Pridnestrovie. The detailed discussion touched upon, in particular, the prospects of unblocking the Slobodka-Kolbasna checkpoint, including transportation of petroleum products. The parties agreed to make efforts in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Significant attention was paid to the issues of telecommunications, criminal proceeding, vehicles and banking interaction.
The MFA of the PMR hosted the meeting between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev and the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Claus Neukirch. The Ambassador-at-Large in the rank of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Ruslan Slobodenyuk also participated in the meeting.
Within the work trip to the capital of the Russian Federation Vitaly Ignatiev met with Sergey Gubarev, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry. The meeting was also attended by Vitaly Tryapitsyn, Deputy Director of the Second Department of CIS countries at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Vitaly Ignatiev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, told Hungarian journalists about Pridnestrovian history, state policy on preservation of archeological heritage and development of international cooperation in cultural and humanitarian fields.
Sandor Cigoth and Budai Daniel shoot a documentary film for Hungarian television about ancient Hungarians on the territory of Pridnestrovie. Within a week filmmakers and Pridnestrovian archeologists will explore the evidence of ancient Hungarians presence on the territory of Pridnestrovie.
Russian delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the RF, Special Representative of the President of Russia on development of trade and economic relations with Moldova Dmitry Kozak again visited Pridnestrovie. He was accompanied by Minister of Agriculture of the RF Dmitry Patrushev, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RF Grigory Karasin and other officials – representatives of Russian Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Finance.

Today as the part of commemorative events to mark twenty-seventh anniversary of the Bendery Tragedy Vitaly Ignatiev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Leonid Manakov, Head of the Official Representation of Pridnestrovie in the Russian Federation, and Pridnestrovian compatriots visited Novodevichye Cemetery in Moscow and laid flowers on grave of Aleksandr Lebed, Head of the 14th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation in Prdinestrovie.
