On August 2, 2019, the Agreement between the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Artsakh On Mutual Establishment of Trade Missions, executed in Stepanakert on November 23, 2018, entered into force, following the completion of the Parties’ internal procedures.
The said Agreement provides for the mutual establishment of trade missions designed to promote the development and expansion of trade and economic relations between the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of Artsakh. In order to ensure the operation of trade missions, the international agreement determines the terms for the stay of their personnel in accordance with international law and other institutional parameters of their functioning.
