The Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry informs that the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky and Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Pavel Filip signed (without meeting) Additional Protocol to the Protocol Decision “On the principles of resumption of a full-scale freight railway communication through the territory of Pridnestrovie” of 30 March 2012. In accordance with this document the Protocol Decision was extended until the end of the coming year.
The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria to the Republic of Moldova Christine Freilinger.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pridnestrovie has taken note of the Statement of the Ministerial Council of the OSCE participating States concerning the negotiations on the Pridnestrovian settlement, adopted in Hamburg on 8-9 December 2016.
We consider another declaration of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the OSCE participating States as an abstract document, which has no direct relation to the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.

Today, during the working visit to the capital of the Russian Federation, the PMR’s Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev met with Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Gubarev. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Director of the Second CIS Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Vitaly Tryapitsyn.
On 22 November 2016 the OSCE Mission Office in Kishinev hosted a meeting of field experts in education from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.
The sides exchanged views on main issues on the current agenda. They also touched upon apostilization of diplomas of T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University, as well as current aspects of the schools with the Romanian language of instruction, operating in the territory of Pridnestrovie.
Today, the OSCE Mission Office in Kishinev hosted a regular meeting of expert (working) groups on the development of transport and road facilities from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.
During the meeting the sides continued discussions on participation of vehicles registered in Pridnestrovie in international traffic.

On 17 November 2016 the OSCE Mission office in Bendery hosted a regular meeting of expert (working) groups on telecommunications and postal service. The meeting was attended by representatives of mediators and observers.
During the meeting the sides discussed fundamental aspects of interaction between relevant authorities of the parties regarding to the use of radio frequencies and avoidance of mutual interference in Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.
