The head of the Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry expressed condolences over the death of Prince Philip and gratitude to the British side for the humanitarian assistance provided during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On April 19, the Pridnestrovian side initiated a videoconference meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on Transport and Road Facilities development.
The sides continued their work on eliminating problems that the OSCE Mission registered in the October 7, 2020 Protocol, in particular, finding solutions as to reregistration of re-equipped or inherited transport units with neutral license plates.

A working meeting between the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky and the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Konstantin Zatulin took place at the site of the lower chamber of the Russian parliament.

During his working visit to Moscow, the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky held meetings at the site of the Official Representation of Pridnestrovie. Today, he talked with Alexander Brod, the member of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Director of the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Vitaly Ignatiev and the head of the PMR Official Representation in Moscow, Leonid Manakov attended the discussion as well.
Paying a working visit to the Russian capital, the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky met with Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak.

According to earlier reached agreements at the level of Political Representatives, parties discussed the issue of problems when implementing the re-registration vehicles procedure in the VRO; that is the issue which was set out in paragraph 2 of the October 7, 2020, Assessment Visit Protocol to the VRO.
Aide to the PMR’s President, Vitaly Bondar and Head of the PMR Official Representation in Russia Leonid Manakov participated in the working meeting that took place at the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States and compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation.
The PMR Parliament adopted a draft resolution "On appealing with reference to the current situation within COVID-19 vaccination." The document will be sent to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with a request to assist in saving the lives of Russian citizens and compatriots living in the PMR, and in arranging a prompt delivery of the Russian vaccine to Pridnestrovie.
Numerous appeals of Pridnestrovians, public organizations, heads of cities and regions of the republic served reason for such a document development.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that according to the decision of Crisis Center for COVID-19 spread prevention measures, citizens who underwent a full course of vaccination against the new type of coronavirus infection can enter the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and do not need obtaining the Crisis Center’s permission, do not need as well undergo the PCR testing or self-isolate for 14 days. It is enough having with you the relevant documentary evidence (in a paper form) to enter the country.
