May 8, 2015 at 14.00 the Kishinev office of the OSCE Mission will host a regular meeting of political representatives of Pridnestrovie and Moldova Nina Shtanski and Victor Osipov jointly with representatives of the expert (working) group on transport and road facilities and the expert (working) group on economic issues.
The PMR’s Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister of the PMR for International Cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski with Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Michael Scanlan.
Today the office of the OSCE Mission in Kishinev hosted the regular meeting of expert (working) groups on the development of transport and road facilities of Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova with the involvement of insurance entities.
As previously reported by Novosti Pridnestrovya News Agency, Ukrainian deputies submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill providing for the denounciation of the agreement with Russia on transit of the Russian troops through Ukrainian territory in Pridnestrovie.
According to Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Ministry Nina Shtanski, such actions on the part of Ukraine can place bolder question mark over the role of the country in the settlement of Moldova-Pridnestrovie conflict.
On the threshold of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War a solemn ceremony of honouring veterans was held. During the event, President Yevgeny Shevchuk and Russian Ambassador to Moldova Farit Mukhametshin presented Pridnestrovian and Russian jubilee medals to veterans.
The ceremony was also attended by Prime Minister of the PMR Tatiana Turanskaya, Deputy Prime Minister of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski.
The event was attended by President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk, Russian Ambassador to Moldova Farit Mukhametshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski.
President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk, Russian Ambassador to Moldova Farit Mukhametshin presented Pridnestrovian and Russian jubilee medals to the veterans. The veterans also received Russian and Pridnestrovian financial assistance.
Today, Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski sent condolences to Prime Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Araik Haroutyunyan, Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan in connection with the Day of Remembrance of the Armenian Genocide.
