May 8, 2015 at 14.00 the Kishinev office of the OSCE Mission will host a regular meeting of political representatives of Pridnestrovie and Moldova Nina Shtanski and Victor Osipov jointly with representatives of the expert (working) group on transport and road facilities and the expert (working) group on economic issues.
As expected, the main issue on the agenda of the meeting will be the issue of the final agreement upon and approval of the Framework Mechanism of cooperation between insurance entities of the Republic of Moldova and Pridnestrovie on contracts of compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of motor vehicles. Let us recall that on meetings between field experts of the parties jointly with insurance entities of Pridnestrovie and Moldova on April 24 in Tiraspol and May 6 in Kishinev, the parties managed to agree on the most of the provisions of the draft Framework.
According to the Protocol Decision “On the mechanism of cooperation of insurance entities of the Republic of Moldova and Pridnestrovie under the mandatory civil liability insurance contracts for vehicle owners”, signed by the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk and Prime Minister of Moldova Kiril Gaburich on April 10 in Tiraspol, the abovementioned Framework should be approved till May 10 this year.
The Pridnestrovian side is ready to discuss issues of cooperation in the economic sphere.
