On September 20, 2010, in Tskhinvali a delegation from the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic headed by Chairperson of the Supreme Soviet Anatoly Kaminsky, together with the leadership of South Ossetia, has laid a capsule in the foundation of the future building of the PMR’s Embassy in the Republic of South Ossetia.
On September 15, 2010, Tiraspol saw the meeting of the PMR’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vladimir Yastrebchak, with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Republic of Moldova, Keith Shannon, and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Ukraine, Leigh Turner.
On September 13, 2010, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic hosted the meeting between the Deputies Foreign Minister, Sergey Simonenko and Alexander Malyarchuk, with the delegation of the Council of Europe headed by the project coordinator of the CoE, Owen Masters.
Today the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR hosted the meeting between the leadership of the foreign policy department with Abkhazian Deputy Foreign Minister, Daur Kove, and the Head of the Transdniestrian Official Representation in the Republic of Abkhazia, Garry Kupalba.
Today PMR’s Foreign Minister Vladimir Yastrebchak held the meeting with the Chairman of the Moldova-Germany Committee for Cooperation, Adviser of the Bundestag on Foreign Policy and Moldovan Issues, Martin Sieg.
Over the last 20 years Pridnestrovien state has gone through a number of stages in its development which have been correspondingly reflected in the sphere of foreign policy.
Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the meeting between Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Malyarchuk and CoE independent expert and project coordinator Owen Masters.
On July 27 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the TMR hosted the meeting between Transdniestrian Foreign Minister Vladimir Yastrebchak and State-Secretary/Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin.
The Transdniestrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomes the decision of the International Court of Justice of 22 June 2010 which reads, “International legislation contains no prohibition as to declaring independence, and thus, Kosovo’s declaration of independence doesn’t contradict international law.”

Today, a working consultation of the Head of the Official Representation – Embassy of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic in the Republic of South Ossetia Alexander Pukhaev with the leadership of the PMR’s MFA took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Transdniestria.
On March 12, 2010, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic hosted the meeting of the Ministry’s leadership with the Council of Europe Delegation headed by Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Ms. Birute Abraitiene.
On March 3, Professor Owen Green, the Director of the Center on International Cooperation and Security of the Bradford University (The UK), paid a visit to Tiraspol.
According to Information and Press Department of the Russian MFA, State-Secretary/ Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin received the political representative from Transdniestria in the Transdniestrian settlement process, Foreign Minister Vladimir Yastrebchak, on March 4.
