Pridnestrovian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev held a meeting with the heads and members of several expert groups from Pridnestrovie in order to discuss the prospects for further progress within the negotiation process. The list of priority issues includes economics and banks, freight rail services and the participation of Pridnestrovian vehicles in international road traffic, telecommunications, education, legal and documentation support for people.
The routine removal of ionizing radiation sources from Pridnestrovie took place on October 17, 2019.
In particular, the Issledovatel (Researcher) gamma installation was dismantled and removed from the Pridnestrovian Agricultural Research Institute Public Institution. This equipment was used before in agriculture for plant genetics research. It contained 36 Cobalt-60 type IRS.

As a part of dialog, Alexander Stetsiuk noted that the communication with the Republic of Abkhazia is traditionally among the top priorities of the Pridnestrovian Foreign Policy. “A new Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation Between our countries was signed two years ago. Since then, it’s implementing. We’ve done a lot, but we still have to do more,” the diplomat said.

On September 4, experts from Pridnestrovie and Moldova met in the Dubossary district of Pridnestrovie. The meeting was aimed at resolving conflict situation following the quarry development on the territory of the Energetik gardening company by a Moldovan economic agent.
