On April 26, 2012 the report of television and radio broadcasting Company “Deutsche Welle” named “Transnistria – Europe’s Hotbed of Smuggling” appeared on popular video hosting “YouTube”.
On May 3, 2012 Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR saw a meeting between deputy Head of Foreign Office Vitaly Ignatiev and the delegation of Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of France.
On April 26, a regular meeting of the Department of World Political Processes took place, at which thesis work on “Conflict in Pridnestrovie: International Aspects” of a PhD student Nina Viktorovna Shtanski was discussed (research supervisor – Docent S.S. On April 26, 2012 on Rybnitsa station the official opening of full-scale freight railroad communication through Pridnestrovie was held. The present event took place within the framework of implementation of Protocol Decision “On the Principles of Resumption of Full-scale Freight Railroad Communication through the Territory of Pridnestrovie” signed by the President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk and Prime-minister of Moldova Vladimir Filat on March 30, 2012 during bilateral meeting in Tiraspol.
