Today, the PMR's MFA hosted a meeting with the leadership of the International Investment Center – IIC President Andrei Generalov and IIC Director Olga Generalova-Kutuzova. From the Pridnestrovian side the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Dmitry Palamarchuk and Deputy Economic Development Minister of the PMR Dmitry Boltrushko.
On 1 December 2015 in Athens a regular court session was held on extradition or release of Maksim Kuzmichev, an officer of the PMR’s MIA.
Let us remind that the citizen of the PMR Maksim Kuzmichev was arrested on 20 July 2015 in Athens as the Republic of Moldova put him in the international wanted list.
During the court hearing the Greek judicial authorities decided to refuse the extradition of Maksim Kuzmichev to Moldova and then he was officially released.
The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Moldova Philip David Batson.
During the meeting the interlocutors discussed the problematic issues in Pridnestrovie and Moldova’s bilateral dialogue, the features of current socio-economic situation of Pridnestrovie, as well as the projects implemented by the British Embassy.
Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev held a meeting with Adviser of the Head of the Chairmanship of the Republic of Srpska in the Russian Federation Ilya Morozov. From the Pridnestrovian side the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of the Economic Development of the PMR Dmitry Boltrushko and Adviser of the Foreign Minister of the PMR Vera Tabak.
Acting Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev had a meeting with the delegation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation consisting of member of the Committee of the Federation Council of the FA of the RF for International Affairs Olga Timofeeva, member of the Committee of the Federation Council of the FA of the RF for Social Policy Viktor Abramov, and chief consultant in the Office of the Committee of the Federation Council of the FA of the RF for Foreign Affairs Mikhail Sinitsyn.
On 27 November the Department of Representative on political issues of the Republic of Moldova Victor Osipov issued a statement calling on the RM’s and foreign citizens to refrain from travelling to Pridnestrovie on 28-29 November.
The Moldovan authorities’ appeal is justified by the alleged possibility of any provocation on the part of law enforcement agencies of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic against international representatives who will come to observe the elections in Pridnestrovie.
Today Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev met with the delegation of the Republic of Serbia, headed by President of the Third Serbia political party Miroslav Parovich at the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie. Deputy Foreign Ministers Dmitry Palamarchuk and Igor Shornikov also took part in the meeting.
Today the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR sent an address to Representative on political issues of Moldova Victor Osipov, as well as all the 5+2 participants in connection with others unfriendly actions of the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Moldova against the officials of Pridnestrovie.
Today, International scientific-practical conference “The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of Serbia: protection of sovereignty in the face of international turbulence” organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR and the Pridnestrovian University is being held at T.G. Shevchenko State University of Pridnestrovie.
The Foreign Ministry of the PMR reports that following the deportation of member of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies N.V. Bondarev at night from 25 to 26 November 2015 at Kishinev airport two more members of the Pridnestrovian-Serbian international conference were not allowed to enter.

RESOLUTION
of the International Scientific-Practical Conference
The Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie was working on the idea to hold the representative Serbian-Pridnestrovian Forum some time ago. Pridnestrovie has proceeded from existence of mutual interest in establishing economic cooperation with the Republic of Srpska, as well as cultural and civilized dialogue.
Head of the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie has commented on the incidents at Kishinev airport, during which RM’s competent authorities denied entry to several participants of the Pridnestrovian-Serbian international conference, including citizens of the Republic of Srpska and the Russian Federation.
President of the Third Serbia political party Miroslav Parovich said in his welcoming speech to the conference “The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of Srpska: protection of sovereignty in the face of international turbulence”.
The Serbian politician emphasized the common historical destiny of Pridnestrovie and Serbia, noting that in the recent past both countries had to take up arms to defend the right to life of their people.

Today, on November 25, 2015, approximately at 1 p.m. Russian scientist, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Head of the Balkan States Department of Russian Institute for Strategic Studies Nikita Viktorovich Bondarev, who arrived to Kishinev at 12:30 p.m. on board of S7 157, was deported from Kishinev airport to the Russian Federation.
Individual entrepreneurs of the PMR may be affected by the actions of Moldova and Ukraine
The introduction by Moldova and Ukraine of the joint customs control at the Pridnestovian-Ukrainian border bears a number of risks to the economy of Pridnestrovie and even threatens the food security of the republic. Losses of the PMR may amount to tens of millions of dollars. Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Boltrushko told about it in the interview to the Novosti Pridnestrovya News Agency.
November 23, 2015, the meeting of expert (working) groups on railway communication was held in the office of the OSCE Mission in Bendery at the Pridnestrovian side’s invitation sent in the development of the previous meeting.
During the meeting, the participants continued the discussion on the refusal of the regional railways of Ukraine to approve the movement of goods imported by Pridnestrovian economic entities to the station “Slobodka- export” provoked by numerous unilateral appeals of the State Enterprise “Railway of Moldova”.
An agreement on cooperation has been concluded between Shevchenko State University of Pridnestrovie and Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod. Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Igor Shornikov told about it to the Novosti Pridnestrovya News Agency. We remind that the diplomat and the Honorary President of the Pridnestrovian State University Stepan Beril are in Nizhni Novgorod within the PMR’s delegation which arrived on Days of Pridnestrovie.
