For the first time within the last 15 months, on June 2, took place a videoconference meeting of Expert (Working) groups from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova on crime combating issues.
During the meeting, parties returned to discuss topical issues of cooperation within the law enforcement sphere, including provisions regarding the implementation of existing obligations of Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova to resolve the problem of criminal prosecution of officials.
Vadim Krasnoselsky and Oleg Vasnetsov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova, met in the office of the Head of the Pridnestrovian State. Its goal is to exchange relevant information on the current situation in the sphere of Pridnestrovian-Russian relations and in the context of the negotiation process in the format of the "Permanent Meeting ...". The agenda includes issues related to the resumption of full-fledged work of the Tiraspol Point of Outbound Consular Services of the Russian Embassy.
On May 25, took place a videoconference, this year's first meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on railway transport and communications from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova.

T.G. Shevchenko Vladislav Sokolov held a working meeting at the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation.

During the conversation with the media representative, the Pridnestrovian Foreign Minister spoke about the current processes around Pridnestrovie and about the situation within the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian dialogue. He paid as well attention to the political and legal prerequisites for PMR’s formation.

The correspondent was interested in a wide range of issues related to the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian conflict, to cooperation of Pridnestrovie with other countries and to republic’s prospects for international recognition.
The chairman of the Republican public organization Veterans of War, Labor and Armed Forces of Pridnestrovie, Svetlana Bakhchevan is paying a working visit to Abkhazia. On April 23, at the site of the PMR Official Representation in Sukhum, she met with the Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Labor and Armed Forces of Abkhazia Zakan Nanba.
During the conversation, parties discussed topical issues of interaction between veteran organizations and signed as well a Cooperation Agreement.
At the site of the PMR President's Administration, Vadim Krasnoselsky met with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Klaus Neukirch. During the working conversation, interlocutors discussed the course of the negotiation process and dwelled in detail on aspects that require increased attention. The sides exchanged views and proposals on dialogue enhancing, on existing agreements’ practical implementation and on work aimed at achieving new ones. The parties agreed that stagnation within talks must be overcome.
The Pridnestrovian President, Vadim Krasnoselsky met with the Head of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova Peter Michalko. The Head of Political Relations Department and Advisers on Political and Economic Issues accompanied the Ambassador. The Pridnestrovian Minister of Foreign Affairs attended the working discussion as well.
On April 21, representatives on political issues from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova held a personal meeting.
In a working discussion, interlocutors touched upon practical means aimed at decreasing the tension within the negotiation process and considered taking specific steps in people’s interest that could be of reciprocal benefit for relations between the sides.
The site of the PMR’s President Administration hosted the meeting of Vadim Krasnoselsky with Stephen Fisher, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Her Majesty The Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Vitaly Ignatiev and the British Defense Attaché, Rob Hall attended the working visit as well.
Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR met with Stephen Fisher, Ambassador of Her Majesty the Queen. The head of the Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry expressed condolences over the death of Prince Philip and gratitude to the British side for the humanitarian assistance provided during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On April 19, the Pridnestrovian side initiated a videoconference meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on Transport and Road Facilities development.
The sides continued their work on eliminating problems that the OSCE Mission registered in the October 7, 2020 Protocol, in particular, finding solutions as to reregistration of re-equipped or inherited transport units with neutral license plates.
A videoconference discussion of parties’ authorized experts on phytosanitary and veterinary took place today.
The dialogue was about importing to Pridnestrovie seeds and planting material, veterinary drugs and plant protection products, primarily through the Kuchurgany – Pervomaisk checkpoint. Pridnestrovian representatives drew attention to the inadmissibility of unreasonable bureaucratic obstacles for pesticide cargo that took place in March current year.
