On November 30, 2011, the working meeting with creative community took place in Moscow in the framework of the project “Club of Friends of Pridnestrovie”.
On November 30 – December 1, 2011, Vilnius, Lithuania, hosted the first after February 28, 2006 official meeting of the participants of the Permanent Conference on Political Issues in the Framework of the Pridnestrovien Settlement Negotiation Process, known as the 5+2 format consisting of the sides (Moldova and Pridnestrovie), mediators (the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the OSCE), and observers (the USA and the European Union).
The Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic attentively examined reaction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova to the decision of the Russian Federation to open polling stations at the forthcoming elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in Pridnestrovie due on December 4, 2011.
On November, 24 2011 a meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR V.V. Yastrebchak and co-chairman of Narodny Sobor V.E. Homyakov was carried out.
On November 24 in the Institute of Dynamic Conservatism (IDC) in Moscow a broadened sitting on the topic “Pridnestrovien problem: historical background, contemporary situation, prospects. Russian factor and position of the RF.”
On November 24, press-conference, dedicated to pre-election situation in Pridnestrovie and informational interference of external forces was held in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR.
While staying in Moscow with working visit, PMR’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Yastrebchak commented upon the statement of the President of the RF Dmitriy Medvedev in connection with plans of the USA on deployment of system of missile defense in Europe during the interview to REGNUM Informational Agency.
On November 24, during his business trip, Pridnestrovien Minister of Foreign Affairs V.V. Yastrebchak met with Ambassador-at-large of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.N. Gubarev.
