The PMR Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev answered questions from a RIA News journalist. The Foreign Minister dwelt on Chisinau’s confrontational approaches, the prospects for settling the Moldova-Pridnestrovie conflict in the context of Moldova’s European integration, and the active militarization of the neighboring state. Separately, the PMR Foreign Minister spoke about the blocking by the Moldovan side of export supplies of three Pridnestrovian leading industrial enterprises.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Moldova arrived in Pridnestrovie. It was a familiarization visit. Edgars Bondars was appointed head of the Latvian Embassy in Moldova in September this year. Today, the diplomat was received by PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky. The meeting took place in the office of the Pridnestrovian head of state. The PMR Foreign Minister, Vitaly Ignatiev, also attended the meeting.

The Head of the PMR Official Representation in the Russian Federation, Leonid Manakov, addressed the participants of the 54th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva in an online format. He stressed that Pridnestrovians continue to face extensive restrictions in all spheres of life activity and violation of fundamental rights and freedoms on the part of Moldova.
A meeting between Vadim Krasnoselsky and US diplomats took place in the Pridnestrovian Presidential Administration. The delegation, which arrived in Tiraspol, was headed by U.S. Ambassador to Moldova Kent Logsdon. The PMR Foreign Minister, Vitaly Ignatiev, also took part in the meeting.
The meeting of expert (working) groups on economic issues, initiated by Pridnestrovie, took place at the OSCE Mission’s office. The Pridnestrovian delegation, led by Sergey Obolonik, included heads of large industrial enterprises, the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie, representatives of the Foreign Ministry, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev addressed the participants of the XX Conference of European-American Young Leaders. The event took place in the small hall of the Republic’s Palace.
This conference is organized annually by Global Bridges, a German organization founded to form and maintain ties between countries, cultures, young leaders and managers. This year’s conference brings together around 40 participants from Germany, Austria, the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey and other countries specializing in politics, business, science and media.
