The delegation of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being has been working in Pridnestrovie for the third day. The familiarization meeting between the President of the PMR and representatives of Rospotrebnadzor took place on May 13.
The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being, better known as Rospotrebnadzor, functions under the Russian Federation Government. Among other functions, its service includes the development and approval of state sanitary and epidemiological rules and hygienic standards along with supervision of their implementation. During pandemic, Rospotrebnadzor actively involves within anti-coronavirus activities. Its representatives are now in Pridnestrovie. The working visit is to last for about a week.
Be informed that the Russian Federation Government had previously adopted the Decree allowing a single exit from Russia to the place of permanent residence in a foreign country for citizens of the Russian Federation disposing of citizenship, residence permit or other valid document confirming the right to permanent residence.
The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting with the World Health Organization delagation led by Igor Pokanevich, WHO Representative in the Republic of Moldova. The Pridnestrovian side was represented by Minister of Foreign Affairs Vitaly Ignatiev, Minister of Internal Affairs Ruslan Mova, acting Minister of Health Elena Kulichenko, the first deputy head of the department Kristina Albul and the head doctor of the State Institution “Republican Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology” Natalia Beril.
At the PMR Government's site took place an online meeting with the delegation of the World Health Organization led by Igor Pokanevich, WHO Representative in Moldova. The discussion was also attended by UNICEF and the OSCE representatives.
Today, as part of permanent working communication a telephone conversation between the PMR Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev and Igor Pokanevich, representative of the World Health Organization took place.
The Pridnestrovian Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted the Republic of Moldova’s next in turn fact of blocking freight import to Pridnestrovie. And namely, since April 25, the Republic of Moldova is detaining on its territory the vehicle that transports equipment meant for providing security to the healthcare workers in the fight against coronavirus infection pandemic.
The Pridnestrovian Ministry of Foreign Affairs cannot leave without reaction the latest hypocritical and false in their content attacks of the Moldovan authorities on Pridnestrovie voiced by the Republic of Moldova’s political representative.
