Journalism Proficiency Courses organized by the Institute of the CIS Studies and OOO RosUkrCounsulting with assistance of Fund of Public Diplomacy after A.M. Gorchakov, Governmental Commission of the Russian Federation on Compatriots Living Abroad and ZAO Tiraspol Wine&Brandy Distillery KVINT are taking place in Yalta these days.

In connection with the position defined by the MFAEI of the RM regarding appointment of Dmitry Rogozin as a Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Pridnestrovie, we deem it necessary to clarify several aspects taking into account a longstanding process of the Moldova-Pridnestrovie relations settlement.

Journalism Proficiency Courses for participants from Pridnestrovie, Moldova and Odessa region will take place in Yalta from March 20 to April 2 on the cultural and recreational complex ‘Russia’. 

On March 20, 2012, following the Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Young Diplomats was created, which is an association of young officials of the PMR’s MFA designed to provide harmonious development of professional skills and qualities of young diplomatic servants and create conditions of continuity and observance of the traditions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Today office of the OSCE Mission in Tiraspol saw extended meeting of expert (working) groups of Pridnestrovie and Moldova with the participation of representatives of participants of consultations in 5+2 format.
