On June 19, 2020, a meeting of expert (working) groups on railway transport and communications from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova was held in a videoconference format.

The meeting was focused on current issues of cooperation in the field of rail transportation and long-standing problems impeding economic activity, including oil products carriage ban through the Slobodka-Kolbasna border crossing on the border between Pridnestrovie and Ukraine.
