On October 9, 2012, by the Decree of the President of the PMR № 678 for outstanding public service Head of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia Stanislav Yakovlevich Kochiev was granted honorable citizenship of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
