Concerning publication in a foreign news agency

On January 30, 2009, REGNUM News Agency ran on its website an article entitled Stockholm Syndrome: Regional Consequences of the “gas war” between Russia and Ukraine, claiming to give an analysis of the situation in Pridnestrovie and around Moldova-Pridnestrovie settlement, but the author of this material (or the person who signed the abovementioned article) so far has not achieved any success in the field of the Pridnestrovien issue.
