Today Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev met with Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Michael Scanlan at the MFA of the PMR.
The sides discussed the current situation in the negotiation process of Pridnestrovie and Moldova, including through the Representatives on Political Issues. They also exchanged views on the prospects for the development of Moldova-Pridnestrovie dialogue, in particular, the sides agreed on the need to promote the revitalization of the dynamics of meetings at the level of expert (working) groups.

Question: A pause in the work of the Permanent Conference on Political Issues within the Negotiation Process Towards a Pridnestrovian Settlement, also known as the 5+2 format, has lasted for over a year. Can you comment on this? What do you think about the prospects of the resumption of the official negotiations?
