Today, an opening of the third Swedish Film Festival organized by the Embassy of Sweden in the Republic of Moldova was held at the Tiraspol Cinema in the capital of Pridnestrovie. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Nina Shtanski, Chairperson of the Supreme Soviet of the PMR Mikhail Burla, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Moldova Ingrid Tersman, as well as representatives of state authorities and the public of the country.
Tomorrow at 11.00 the office of the OSCE Mission in Kishinev will host a meeting of the representatives on political issues with the heads of all the expert (working) groups of the parties. We remind the political representatives reached the arrangement on the meeting on March 12, the need for holding it was confirmed at the highest level - by President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk and Prime Minister of Moldova Kiril Gaburich.
Today, Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev held a meeting with a delegation of the World Bank headed by Senior Social Development Specialist at the World Bank in Washington Yousif Elfadil.
The meeting discussed issues of bilateral cooperation; in particular, representatives of the World Bank voiced a number of proposals on the realization of the projects in the fields of economy, infrastructure and health.
