As Pridnestrovian Foreign Service previously reported (http://mfa-pmr.org/index.php?newsid=2732), Pridnestrovian side has received notification of the Representative of the Republic of Moldova on Political Issues Evgeny Karpov informing on intention of Kishinev to establish migration control of citizens in six checkpoints near the national Moldovan-Pridnestrovian border starting from May 2013.
Today the meeting of the Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski with Director of the Lev Gumilev’s Center Pavel Zarifullin took place in the PMR’s MFA.
On April 10, 2013, some Russian-language media of Moldova disseminated statement made by Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in the Russian Federation Andrey Galbur citing position of the official representative of the Republic of Moldova on the need to withdraw Russian troops and weapons from Pridnestrovie in accordance with international commitments.
