Today, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Special Representative of the President for the Negotiation Process, Interaction with Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations Nina Shtanski held a meeting with Political-Economic Section Chief of the U.S. Embassy in Moldova Gregory M. Winstead.
Interlocutors discussed issues which were raised at yesterday's meeting of the President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk with U.S. Ambassador to Moldova William Moser. As Nina Shtanski noticed, many of them require additional study. In particular, at the meeting in the Pridnestrovien MFA organization in Pridnestrovie of a business seminar for business representatives was considered. During this event representatives of the U.S. Embassy intend to tell Pridnestrovien businessmen how to establish business contacts with American partners. According to Gregory Winstead, this seminar is supposed to take place in April.
Participants of the meeting discussed also other questions relating to interaction between Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR and Embassy of the United States.
