The President held a working meeting with Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev. They discussed the current activities of the foreign ministry. Particular attention was paid to the actual areas of interaction between Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation. In particular, they talked about the opening of a Representative Office of Pridnestrovie in Moscow.
The meeting also discussed the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian settlement in the context of the forthcoming visit to Pridnestrovie of mediators and observers in the negotiation process. This meeting is planned to take place in early April of this year.
At the end of the meeting Yevgeny Shevchuk gave a number of relevant instructions.
