Alexandr Pavlovich Stetsiuk
Born on August 31, 1983, in the village of Lazovsk, Moldavian SSR.
In 2001 he finished secondary school no. 1.
In 2006 he successfully graduated from T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University with a degree in sociology.
Since 2007 he has been working in the system of the Foreign Ministry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
He began his professional career in the position of a desk officer of the Department for CIS Countries.
Then he worked as a counsellor of Operational-Territorial Department, Head of the Department for CIS Countries and Negotiation Process, supervised the cooperation with the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
He underwent a practical training in specialized departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on several occasions.
In 2015 he completed professional courses in international relations in the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
In 2016 he completed professional courses in international security in Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
Holds the diplomatic rank of the Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the 1st Class.
Decorated with state awards: Certificate of Merit of the President of the PMR, Letter of Commendation of the Government of the PMR, medal “For Distinction in Labour”, medal “25 Years of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”. He was rewarded by the leadership of the Ministry on several occasions.
Speaks foreign language.
Married, has a daughter.
