Today, Pridnestrovian dedicated experts held a discussion at Tiraspol Office of the OSCE Mission to Moldova with Michael Morris, an expert in the registration and import of medical products. The expert arrived in Pridnestrovie and Moldova under the support of the OSCE Mission to review and make recommendations for the settlement of existing contradictions regarding the import of medicines and medical products in Pridnestrovie.
Representatives of Pridnestrovie informed the guest in detail about the current regulations in terms of registration, control and access to the market of medical products, including customs and laboratory forms of control of importing products. The contradictions between the parties in this area were analyzed and discussed by Expert (Working) Groups on Health Issues. The Pridnestrovian side supported the existing protracted mechanism of import to Pridnestrovie and the coordination of the relevant agreement in the interests of uninterrupted supply of people with the necessary medical products.
Pridnestrovie confirmed its willingness for further cooperation with Michael Morris in order to develop the most balanced and viable recommendations.
