The events were attended by the President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk, member of the State Duma, the founder of the ANO “Eurasian Integration” Alexei Zhuravlev, head of the Interfactional deputy group on cooperation with the Supreme Council of the PMR Sergei Gavrilov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the PMR Tatiana Turanskaya, Chairperson of the Supreme Council of the PMR Mikhail Burla. The Foreign Ministry was presented by the Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski.

When opening the kindergarten “Volshebnaya Romashka” (Magic Daisy) in Bendery, Yevgeny Shevchuk noted that that day was very important for Pridnestrovian citizens. “Exteremely important and precious for us is what is happening right now in this difficult period for our republic. Economic problems have unfortunately affected Russia as well, but nevertheless the Russian Federation is building infrastructure in Pridnestrovie,” emphasized the President.

In his turn, Alexei Zhuravlev noted that the construction of new social institutions in the republic is being carried out on the personal initiative of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. “There is a sign plate on the kindergarten. It is written on it: “Kindergarten “Romashka”. V.V.Putin’s gift to Pridnestrovie”. And it says a lot. It shows that the Russian Federation knows, feels and understands that there is a Russian world here, that the people who live here need our help and such gifts as kindergartens, schools and health care institutions for their children to be healthy, strong and smart. We will do our best for the young generation to live in comfort, to develop in accordance with the adequate standards and to have a promising future,” said the deputy of the Russian State Duma, the founder of the ANO “Eurasian Integration”.

Sergei Gavrilov expressed his confidence that it was an exceptional day not only for Pridnestrovie, but also for Russia.  “These are the kindergartens of the 21st century: with unique technologies, extraordinary design, super-standards of safety provision, leisure facilities. I would like to say that even in Moldova many people would like their children to attend such kindergartens,” pointed out the head of the Interfactional deputy group on cooperation with the Supreme Council of the PMR.

“Every one of you sees that this is not an ordinary building. This is a unique cultural educational institution built with love. I would like the nursery teachers to feel this care and the children to grow up here happy in the conditions of peace and stability. I hope our neighbors will see that we are sending the kindest signals of love to children – to our future. All State Duma’s factions are unanimous in their approach to provide safe conditions for children’s developing and Pridnestrovian families’ strengthening.  We believe and hope that the 21st century will be successful for Pridnestrovie,” concluded Sergei Gavrilov.
