I have the honour on behalf of the leadership and people of Pridnestrovie to send warm congratulations on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the Patriarch’s enthronement!
Your rich inner world seems a “gold reserve” of mercy, compassion, justice and tolerance. It is impossible to overstate, Your Holiness, your personal contribution to the religious and moral education and spiritual development of the people of the Russian Federation, based on the true Christian values. This is evidenced by Your long and fruitful work which was given numerous awards.
I take such a wonderful opportunity to express hope for further development of our bilateral relations aimed at maintaining peace, trust and friendship between the citizens of Great Russia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!
On this festive day I sincerely wish you, Your Holiness, good health and well-being, harmony and joy, longevity, constant inspiration, new successes and achievements for the prosperity of the Russian Orthodox Church!
