Today, on 12 November 2015, the meeting of representatives of the veterinary services of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of Moldova was held at the office of the OSCE Mission in Tiraspol.
During the meeting, subject specialists exchanged information on response measures taken in Pridnestrovie and Moldova in connection with the fixed outbreak of African swine fever in several regions of Ukraine.
The sides arrived at a common view that the control over the epizootic situation and timely response to the emergence of dangerous foci of viral diseases in the neighbouring countries is important and urgent.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to proceed with the mutual elaboration of actual directions of bilateral interaction between the relevant services of Moldova and Pridnestrovie.
