In the course of the meeting the Interdepartmental working group summed up the results of its activity for the first half-year of 2009, considered reports of ministries and departments on the fulfillment of the Unified Plan on harmonization, as well as grounds for implementation or failures to implement projects of 2008 and the first six months of 2009 in due time. 22 laws were introduced into the Unified Plan on harmonization of the PMR's legislation with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Among them are laws “On the state minimal standards in the sphere of education”, “On the state target programs”, “On the protection of the rights of lawful investors on securities market”, “On the simplified system of taxation, registration and reporting of the juridical persons as entities of small business” and others.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs planned to amend the PMR's Law adopted on January 21, 2001, “On the international agreements”. This issue was discussed during the session of the Commission on foreign policy and international relations of the PMR's Supreme Council. As a result the MFA's authority agreed to the opinion of deputies-members of the Commission about inopportuneness to amend the Law. That is the reason why the given Law is excluded from the Unified plan for the time being.
Some other amendments and additions which should be ratified by the Direction of the Head of the State were introduced to the Unified plan as well.
