During the meeting, a wide range of pressing issues related to cooperation with the OSCE Mission team in Moldova were discussed, including freedom of movement, human rights, as well as the planning of joint projects and events.
The MFA representatives drew special attention to the problems faced by Pridnestrovian citizens at Chisinau airport. In particular, cases of pressure, aggressive behavior, and threats to personal security on the part of Moldovan law enforcement agencies were highlighted.
A call was made to the OSCE Mission to assess such inappropriate actions of the Moldovan authorities and to help prevent legal arbitrariness against residents of Pridnestrovie during their transit through the territory of Moldova.
