On August 25, another off-site consultative meeting of education experts from Pridnestrovie and Moldova was held in Rybnitsa.
The consultations focused on discussing the parameters of a technical assessment of the unfinished building located at 14 Gagarina Street in Rybnitsa, which is to be conducted to determine the feasibility of using the facility for educational purposes.
During the inspection, it was confirmed that there is no project or construction documentation for the facility, the construction of which was carried out between 1997 and 2004 in the interests of the private educational institution “Evrika.” In this regard, the Pridnestrovian side had already pointed out back in February of this year the need for a comprehensive technical assessment of the unauthorized construction to determine the possibility of completing the project and subsequently commissioning it for safe use for educational purposes. However, over the past six months, the Moldovan side has been unjustifiably delaying this process.
All subsequent organizational, legal, and technical measures at the unfinished facility will be carried out in compliance with urban planning requirements and regulations established by the current legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
