Today, the PMR Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vitaly Ignatiev, and the Head of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Abkhazia, Sergey Shamba, held a mutually agreed phone conversation.
The Pridnestrovian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vitaly Ignatiev, shared a detailed information of the situation related to the humanitarian and energy crisis in Pridnestrovie. He emphasized that, over the course of this month, several solutions to the problem were explored in collaboration with the Russian side. However, Chisinau is delaying the process to the maximum, condemning people to further sufferings and hardships.
For his part, Sergey Shamba expressed words of support to the Pridnestrovians from the fraternal Abkhazians, who are advocating for the swift resolution of the crisis. He also noted the shared destiny of the two republics, which stand side by side in achieving their goals within the international relations system.
During the discussion, interlocutors also addressed other relevant issues of bilateral cooperation, including the prospects for cooperation between the foreign ministries in the current year.
