The PMR Foreign Ministry informs about sending an initiative to the Moldovan side on holding a session of Expert (Working) Groups on Economic Issues in a face-to-face format at the OSCE Tiraspol Office on 8 February 2024.
The Pridnestrovian side proposed the following agenda:
- unfair charging of customs duties and payments on the PMR economic operators, provoking an economic, social and humanitarian crisis in the republic;
- blocking export supplies of the PMR industrial enterprises;
- obstructing the activity of KVINT and Buket Moldavii wine and brandy distilleries;
- bank blockade and prospects for resuming sessions of subgroups on banking interaction.
The Pridnestrovian side also confirmed its interest in discussing the activity of Moldovan land users cultivating agricultural lands in Dubossary District of the PMR, as well as willingness to share in detail the parameters for further implementation of the 2017 Protocol Decision.

The PMR Foreign Ministry urges the 5+2 mediators to facilitate the meeting initiated by the Pridnestrovian side in order to discuss and resolve the topical issues on the agenda.
