During the working visit to Moscow, the Pridnestrovian delegation held a number of meetings in Russian state agencies with a view to enhancing bilateral, cross-departmental cooperation.
In particular, communication took place with the Ministry of Health leadership to tackle the broadening of the range and forms of cooperation, including the possibility of providing high-tech and other medical care to Pridnestrovian citizens in specialized federal institutions of Russia.
The meeting at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education focused on ways to continue practical contacts and support for the Pridnestrovian education system that functions in a common space with the Russian Federation.
The Pridnestrovian delegation also visited the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). During the discussion, the sides exchanged views on the prospects for cultural and humanitarian projects, and also touched upon aspects related to the educational training of Pridnestrovian applicants in Russian universities and advanced training of Pridnestrovian civil servants in educational centers of Russia.
