PMR Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev met with Floris van Eijk, Chargé d’Affaires of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Moldova, at the PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Continuing the discussion that had begun during the meeting with the PMR President, the diplomats discussed in detail the current situation in the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. In this context, Vitaly Ignatiev noted the continuous setback in the dialogue between the sides due to Moldova’s unwillingness to work substantially to solve the accumulated problems in different areas.
The meeting also addressed some other topical issues, particularly in energy and economy.
