The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev and Head of the Official Representation of the Republic of South Ossetia to the PMR Vitaly Yankovsky.
The interlocutors discussed current issues of cooperation between the two countries and summed up the results of work in the past year. In addition, they exchanged views on plans for cooperation in the near future, including the prospects for implementing joint projects in social and humanitarian and other areas in 2023.
In the course of the meeting, the diplomats also paid attention to the international situation around Pridnestrovie, including the challenges and risks faced by the republic at the current stage.
Vitaly Ignatiev and Vitaly Yankovsky concluded their communication by agreeing to continue a consistent working dialogue on the full range of issues on the bilateral agenda of cooperation between Pridnestrovie and South Ossetia.
