PMR Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev addressed a congratulatory message to Foreign Minister of the State of Alania Akhsar Dzhioev on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of South Ossetia.
“The history of the formation of statehood in South Ossetia is filled with difficult trials and heroic struggle of the people for the right to determine their own destiny, the opportunity to live in peace and security in their land. Your country has rightly earned the recognition of its international legal personality and independence, having gone the difficult path of confronting threats to the existence of the Ossetian nation,” reads the congratulatory message.
Vitaly Ignatiev wished the South Ossetian people peace, prosperity and well-being.
