Today there was an explosion at the entrance to the consular office of the Russian Embassy in Afghanistan. The attack resulted in the deaths of two diplomatic staff members.
The PMR Foreign Ministry addressed its condolences to the Russian Foreign Ministry on the tragedy.
“It was with great sorrow that Pridnestrovie received the news of a terrible act of terror that resulted in numerous casualties, including two employees of the Russian Embassy in Afghanistan.
We condemn the inhuman attack on the Russian diplomatic mission.
Realizing the gravity of the irreparable loss, on this day of sorrow we express our sincere condolences to the families of the deceased members of the diplomatic corps, the Russian Embassy in Afghanistan and the Russian people,” reads the telegram.
