A regular meeting of expert (working) groups on education from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova was held today in a videoconference format.
The parties discussed the progress in implementing the protocol decisions in the field of education, signed in November 2017, noting the overall positive dynamics in this area. At the same time, the Moldovan side's attention was drawn to a number of remaining difficulties in using apostilled diplomas abroad.
Other humanitarian issues of mutual interest were also discussed. In particular, a preliminary agreement was reached to conduct annual joint inspections of the Romanian-language schools.
