Today, the Pridnestrovian side initiated a video conference meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on customs.
Just as within previous meetings, the key issue for discussion was seizure of a number of goods that belong to commercial Pridnestrovian entities. The Pridnestrovian side called for eliminating the unjustified practice when obstructing road and rail transportation of goods (including excisable ones) for domestic consumption to Pridnestrovie.
The parties touched upon joint customs and border control issue at the Kuchurgany checkpoint and upon prospects for establishing cooperation in the field of international transit of goods.
