Let me express my respect and on my own behalf and the behalf of the entire staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia send you the sincerest congratulations on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
On September 2, 1990, was made the historic decision that predetermined the future development of Pridnestrovie and its people. The path to independence and peaceful sky was thorny but heroism and the freedom of will helped the inhabitants of Pridnestrovie withstanding the struggle for happy future.
Today the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is dynamically developing, it is a reliable partner and a guarantor of security in the region. Residents of the Republic can be proud of their achievements, culture and traditions.
The Republic of Abkhazia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic are bound with strong friendship ties. The first interstate agreement on friendship and cooperation between Abkhazia and Pridnestrovie was signed back in 1993.
Today, our countries have built full-format relations filled with practical content. I am confident that interstate cooperation will continue to be realized for the benefit of our fraternal peoples.
On this holiday, dear Mr. Ignatiev, let me wish all the people of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic prosperity and well-being.
