Dear Mr. Ignatiev,
Testifying my high respect, I have the honor to send sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the founding of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
On September 2, 1990, the statehood of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was laid. Its foundation history is filled with tragic pages, severe trials and hardships. At the same time, this date marks the great feat of the multinational people of Pridnestrovie in the heroic struggle for their freedom and independence.
For three decades, the republic has achieved impressive successes in state building. Today, Pridnestrovie is celebrating its main holiday with dignity and confidently treading the path of progressive development of creativity and strengthening its international authority.
Dear Mr. Ignatiev, our countries and peoples are traditionally tied with friendly relations, multilateral cooperation and mutual support. South Ossetia is confident that the result of the Pridnestrovian leadership’s systematic work will result in space expansion for external contacts of the republic and the recognition of its independent status in the world arena.
On this significant day, I ask you to accept the warmest wishes for peace, prosperity and success, and I take this pleasant opportunity to renew assurances of very high respect for you.
