On January 12, Foreign Minister Vladimir Yastrebchak met with the head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Philip Remler. The diplomats exchanged their opinions on the situation in Moldova-Pridnestrovie settlement. In particular, Vladimir Yastrebchak informed Philip Remler of the increased number of working groups from Pridnestrovie. Earlier, the Pridnestrovien side established three working groups – on environmental, transport, as well as humanitarian issues. In implementation of agreements reached at the last meeting of Presidents of Moldova and Pridnestrovie, another two expert working groups were established - on organizational and legal support for the foreign economic activity of PMR and on healthcare. During the meeting, Vladimir Yastrebchak expressed appreciation to Philip Remler for concrete actions by the OSCE Mission aimed at mitigation of the gas crisis consequences to Pridnestrovie.
