It is said in the welcoming address, that the tragic events befell on the Pridnestrovian land will forever remain an open wound in the historical memory of the Pridnestrovian people, who survived the armed aggression by the Republic of Moldova in 1992. "It has managed to stop bloodshed only thanks to the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation, whose appearance on the Pridnestrovian land marked the establishment of peace", - states in the note.

The peacekeeping mechanism operating in Pridnestrovie is recognized as the most effective in the post-Soviet space.
