Today, on February 2, in the framework of a working visit to the capital of the Russian Federation Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev met with Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Gubarev and Deputy Director of the Second Department of the CIS of the Foreign Ministry of Russia Vitaly Tryapitsyn.
During the meeting the sides discussed the current situation and prospects of the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. Particular attention was paid to the ongoing strengthening of the repressive measures used by the Republic of Moldova against Pridnestrovie on the whole spectrum of fields, in particular in the field of freight rail communication, as well as in the field of freedom of movement of citizens of the PMR.
The discussion also exchanged views on a number of topical issues of bilateral cooperation between Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation in various spheres.
