On March 12, 2012 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev gave interview to research fellow of Hokkaido State University Mr. Shinkichi Fujimori.
In Japanese University the subject matter of Moldova-Pridnestrovie relations and specific of participation of Russia and Ukraine in regional processes have been the subject for research for many years. Shinkichi Fujimori revealed interest towards the principles of organization of negotiation process during latest decade. Historical aspects of Pridnestrovie-Ukraine and Pridnestrovie-Russia relations and their condition on current stage revealed as separate topics of the meeting.
The researcher was also interested in current situation in settlement of the relations between Kishinev and Tiraspol, including the positions marked in Dublin by the participants of consultations in 5+2 format.
