Head of official representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia Garri Kupalba sent a welcoming address to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Nina Shtanski due to the 20th anniversary of formation of the ministry.
In the congratulation it is said: “For these years young Pridnestrovian diplomacy passed a harsh school of its making and development. Today it presents remarkable combination of experience and youth, knowledge and energy, deliberateness and enthusiasm.
In spite of constant pressure and provocations of the foes, today you are participating in international meetings and talks as equal partners, while defending your national foreign-political priorities”.
